For over 10 years Amadori has worked with the Italian Coeliac Association (AIC) and therefore provides a wide range of gluten-free products that are listed in the AIC’s Food Handbook. This way, we combine the quality of Amadori products with safety guarantees for those who need gluten-free food.

Among these numerous products are raw meat (little meatballs, hamburgers, sausages), roasted meat (both self-service and fresh cut cold cuts), frankfurters, and deep frozen products.

Many of these Amadori products are certified by AIC and have licences to display the logo “Spiga Barrata” (barred ear of wheat).

Moreover, our plant in Cesena is fully gluten-free in order to avoid any contamination.
