Amadori works hard to meet the nutritional needs of various groups of consumers, enabling them to enjoy the wholesome taste of Amadori products in absolute safety. We make a wide range of gluten-free products for consumers with gluten allergies; these vary from fresh produce (meatballs, hamburgers, etc.) to roast meats (pre-sliced and delicatessan), frankfurters and several breaded items.
Many of these are licensed to display the Spiga Barrata (crossed out ear of corn) logo, in collaboration with the Italian Coeliac Disease Association with whom we have been working for more than a decade. To avoid any form of contamination, the Cesena plant is completely gluten-free.
