Cesena, 21 November 2022 - Today, the Amadori group has launched an extensive personnel search and recruitment process to hire over 700 people in the next few months. The vacancies are at all the main sites of its integrated supply chain, but in particular in Romagna, for the Cesena and Santa Sofia (FC) production plants, the Abruzzo and Mosciano S. The company is looking for candidates at all professional levels: production workers, warehouse workers, technical and engineering positions related to maintenance, various technical-administrative roles, and positions in the HR, Marketing, IT and commercial areas.

Amadori has  redesigned the entire 'Work with Us'section of the (https://www.amadori.it/lavoro-con-noi) website to facilitate the selection process. This is where you can now find and apply for all job vacancies.

The section also includes supplementary information and a series of interviews with employees aiming to describe in detail the diversified professional opportunities that Amadori offers throughout its integrated supply chain.

This important recruiting campaign confirms the development and growth strategy that Amadori has pursued for several years. The company intends to build on this through important strategic investments, making the Group's production facilities increasingly innovative and technologically advanced.

“Today, the Amadori group employs almost 9,500 people of over 80 different nationalities, 51% women and 49% men. This varied and integrated community is our strength and the best expression of our corporate values,”, said Flavio Amadori, president of Amadori S.p.A. “We have been investing in professional training for years through our Amadori Academy, which, in 2021 alone, provided over 54 thousand hours of training at every level. We will continue to invest in this area, which is strategic for all employees. Our goal is to grow along with our people.'

This large-scale recruitment plan fits in with Amadori's double-digit growth. Amadori aims to hit a turnover of EUR 2 billion through an ambitious investment plan in the next five years.
